Lt Col (retd) Steve Webb OBE MC

Lieutenant Colonel Stephen Webb (Retired) OBE MC joined the Army from University in 1991.

He was commissioned into the Royal Regiment of Wales (later The Royal Welsh) and served in Hong Kong, Northern Ireland, The Falkland Islands, Germany, Iraq, Afghanistan and Great Britain. He commanded his company on Op TELIC 10 in 2007, after which he was awarded the Military Cross, and the 1 Royal Welsh Battlegroup on Op HERRICK 16 in 2012, after which he was made an OBE.

He retired from the Army in 2012 and joined Jaguar Land Rover where he was recently appointed as Director Defender Defence Division, leading the Defender bid into the MOD’s Light Mobility Contract. He is married to Fiona, and they have two grown up children.
